La catedral de sal de Zipaquirá es un complejo ubicado a 180 metros bajo tierra, este representa uno de los logros más distinguidos de la arquitectura colombiana y una verdadera fe para los mineros. Además de esto, conocerás el lago sagrado de Guatavita en el cual tuvo lugar la leyenda de "El Dorado". 

¿Qué encontraremos?

Encontrarás la reconocida catedral de sal de Zipaquirá, en donde comenzarás un recorrido por las 14 estaciones de la cruz, las cuales son una representación de los últimos pasos de Jesús, terminando en la gran cúpula del centro donde se encuentra ubicada la gran la cruz. Luego visitaras el lago sagrado en el municipio de Guatavita, este es una zona verde mágica rodeada por un paisaje increíble, el cual podrás ver y disfrutar una vez estés en la cima.

The salt cathedral of Zipaquira is a complex located 180 meters underground, it represents one of the most distinguished achievements of Colombian architecture, besides being a true faith for the miners. Besides this, you will visit the sacred lake of Guatavita where the legend of "El Dorado" took place. 

What will we find?

You will find the famous salt cathedral of Zipaquira, where you will begin a tour of the 14 stations of the cross, which are a representation of the last steps of Jesus, ending in the great dome in the center where the great cross is located. Then you will visit the sacred lake in the municipality of Guatavita, this is a magical green area surrounded by an incredible landscape, which you will be able to see and enjoy once you are at the top.
